This item has been used and has scratchers on the case and crystal. The watch does not work and will need to be repaired. A NEW BATTERY WILL NOT FIX IT. THE SECONDS HAND DOES RUN BUT THE HOUR AND MINUTE HAND DO NOT MOVE.
