WATCH HAS NO CROWN SO THE TIME CANNOT BE SET. DIAL IS ALSO DAMAGED.
This item has been used and has scratches on the case and crystal. The watch does not work and will need to be repaired. A NEW BATTERY WILL NOT FIX IT.
