WATCH TICKS, BUT THE HOUR HAND DOES NOT MOVE. DAY QUICK SET DOES NOT WORK AND THE DAY IS MISALIGNED IN THE DAY DATE WINDOW.
This item has been used and has scratches on the case and crystal. The watch does not work and will need to be repaired. A NEW BATTERY WILL NOT FIX IT.
