HAS A NEW BATTERY SECONDS HAND TICKS BUT MINUTE AND HOUR HANDS DO NOT MOVE BUT ARE ABLE TO BE SET. This item has been used and has scratchers on the case and crystal. The watch does not work and will need to be repaired. A NEW BATTERY WILL NOT FIX IT.
