WATCH TICKS BUT THE CROWN STEM IS BROKEN SO THE WATCH CANNOT BE SET TO THE TIME.
This item has been used and has scratches on the case and crystal. The watch does not work and will need to be repaired. A NEW BATTERY WILL NOT FIX IT.
