WATCH IS MISSING THE SECONDS HAND AND THE BRACELET NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED.
This item has been used and has scratches on the case and crystal. The watch does not work and will need to be repaired. A NEW BATTERY WILL NOT FIX IT.
